European indices more tentative at the open, investors wait on US inflation data

• France CAC 40 +0.2%
• UK FTSE +0.4%
• Spain IBEX +0.1%
• Italy FTSE MIB +0.1%

US futures are also lightly change with S&P 500 futures up only 0.1% currently. The ECB policy decision will come first later but that shouldn't offer anything of note for markets to really work with. For today, it's all on the US CPI report.
